December 19- Angel’s/Peace Candle
2 Thessalonians 3:16 Now may the Lord of peace Himself give you peace at all times and in every way. The Lord be with all of you. The fourth candle of Advent is called the “Angel Candle” and symbolizes peace. This name comes from the fact that the angels announced that Jesus came to bring peace (Luke 2:14). This week we are reminded that Jesus came to bring peace to our hearts and to our world!

Invocation: O God, our Father, who sent forth Your Son to be the Kind of kings and the Prince of Peace. Grant that all the kingdoms of this world may become one with the Kingdom of Christ and learn His way of peace. Implant in our hearts the spirit of goodwill and reconciliation. Let those who are offended forgive and those who have offended repent so that all Your children may live tougher as one family, praising You and blessing You for the great redemption You have provided, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
